Hey Coaches! You know those programs that promise to help you build your biz in just 12 weeks or less? 🤣😂🤣
Ask any solonpreneur how long it took them to get their business off the ground.
What do you imagine they would say?
Let’s be real, building a successful business takes a whole lot of trial and error and takes years, not just weeks.
Now, those 12-week programs may sound good in theory, but in most cases only a handful of clients actually get the results they promise, leaving many coaches feeling disappointed and without proper support past the program expiry date.
I’ve myself taken those 12-week programs, and was left high and dry at the end of most of them.
After a few quick successes during the course, I wasn’t sure how to repeat initial success without support on new client’s objections, tweaking my lead generation process, dealing with my saboteurs etc…
That’s why when I was creating the Fully Booked Coach program – I knew I gotta offer at least 6-month of granular support for the same investment that those ‘quick turn-around’ programs do.
So that you can sign up a few clients in the first 3 months but also repeat and drill down the learnings into your muscle memory in the next 3 months.
And the best part?
I also offer a lifetime support for ALL program alumni through our regular RECONNECT sessions
(that’s what one of my recent clients is referring to in this lovely WhatsApp msg).
Creating a successful business is a whole different ballgame than just landing a job – you land it and you’re good for years.
Even after nailing it for years now, I notice that I still freak out a little at the start of EVERY SINGLE QUARTER wondering if I’ll manage again to sign up my next 10 clients.
Hence, when you decide on the right business coaching program for you – make sure it provides ample support during (opt for small groups for sure!),
and lots of TLC 💖 after you leave the program.
Cause you’ll need it.
As a boutique Business Coach, I only take on 2 new clients a month, giving me the time and focus to support each one of you in a granular way.
I’m there every step of the way, whether it’s reviewing your website, LI posts, lead gen messages, or dealing with self-sabotaging thoughts.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been searching for,
WhatsApp me on +44 795 1986 400 and let’s chat about how we can help you bill €5-10k euros each month.
I’ll share our requirements for participating too.
But hurry, we only have 2 spots available this Feb! So let’s do this thing! 🤗
Hugs,
Your Personal Business Fairy 🧚♀️

If you’re a solopreneur reading this – it would be awesome if you could share in the comments how long it took you to start feeling relatively stable in your business?
So we can clear up the myths together 🙂
The KEY part of building a successful coaching practice as a Highly Sensitive Person is dealing with anxiety that comes up when offering your services.
[extract from an interview with Anna Wolas, alumni of the Fully Booked Coach program]KATRIN: You can have a lot of anxiety come up when jumping on an enrolment call, thinking: “Ok, there is some selling’s gonna happen here.”
How do you manage that?
ANNA: As coaches we have the tools of going through a sales call like… coaches, right?
We just approach it as a coaching session!
That really helped me to remember to be AUTHENTIC in those conversations.
I know I have a great program, and it is well-aligned with who I am and how I work as a coach. Also with my experience, with my background,
so, yeah, I am confident with it!
And I can leave it on the side and just focus on that PERSON, start coaching them on that call.
And at the end, if I see that there is alignment, and that person would actually BENEFIT highly my program – I just go ahead and describe what the journey looks like.
And it happens organically!
If you think of it as a coaching conversation, then it’s flowing!
And you’re finding people who are ready, who are resonating with you. So there is chemistry!

Many coaches are deeply empathetic which opens us up to feeling highly sensitive at times. And it can get in the way of running a thriving coaching practice.
I’m so proud for Anna to find a way to manage those tendencies and empower her clients who need support with it too.
